Womanly nature

I wish to live as woman. I dont remember the word to show female feteaures. I think that being a boy i must look like a girl and behave like girl want to look as beautiful, charming and as attractive as woman. I want that even though iam boy people allow me to wear saree, keep long hair, make braid, wear jwellary, makeup etc. Be as polite as shy as female. What is wrong if i want to look like them as beautiful as females. It is a good to be beautiful but why it's considered bad.
